The Barn is the center of all operations at Holmen Husky. This is where our reception, lounge, and restaurant are located, and where we tap into our heritage through cuisine made from locally sourced ingredients and mementos that hold the memories of our ancestors.
Served from 08:30 to 10:00, our breakfast buffet offers a wide range of local delicacies like smoked salmon and freshly baked bread, in addition to Norwegian cold cuts, yogurt, and a variety of cereal.
Lunch at the Barn must be pre-booked. Our menu consists of bacalao and curry soup with chicken and rice, both served with homemade and freshly baked bread and butter.
Often a time for storytelling and socialization, our restaurant serves a 2-course dinner at 18:00. Using local meat or fish as the highlight of the meal.
